SYNOPSIS:

Dr.ramprakash is a professor in psychology department in banglore university, he is living with his young wife amrutha. one day after returning from a reception their car broke down.they decided to take a bus to home. despite the  large crowd , ramprakash managed to get inside the bus but his wife couldn't. its been four hours she didn't return home. worried professor informed his police friend.they found out that amrutha was raped by two cruel man's near vidhan soudha, thus the investigation starts.

IRUL VARUM NERAM:

The story has two elements or the story follows the mentality of the rape victim and the rapist. aftermath of rape is always terrible. and sujatha captures it to every detail.

One story deals with suffering (mental&physical) of rape victim in india, how the society sees her. how she is affected mentally by the rape. also what her husbands going through about it.

Second one deals with the life of the rapist, what shaped them into this cruel animals. how a seventeen year old boy turns into a thief and rapist, and his mentality about the women and his whore mother.

Writing was simple, easy to follow, lots of jump cuts in narration (typical sujatha), but could given more details, certain places where not clear. little disappointing

Yet a gripping story, at the end he ties everything with the society (fact but little annoying)

OVERALL RATING:

A  sujatha fan will love it no matter what, others need a little patience, an average sujatha's
 work.
My rating for this based on the exploration in character's psychology, not for the narration.

            Recommended for 15+, travelling,

Story has a more deep meaning conveyed in it, you should be in a right mindset to capture that meaning, no matter what you will enjoy it

                                                                                                ---SIDHARTH
